India Map
Wow oh wow! For our tenth and final session for Advancing Georgia’s Leaders in Agriculture and Forestry, 15 of us including our director Dr. Rochelle Sapp, assistant director Kristi Farner, and Dr. Robert Beckstead from UGA poultry science department left Atlanta on Sunday, June 29.

There is so much that can be said about our trip. I was in awe of the entire country. Everyone warned us that sensory overload was immediate as soon as you took your first step out of the airport terminal. They weren’t lying. The humidity overtook me immediately even though it was 12:30 in the morning. The smells are completely different, although not what I was expecting. We made it to our hotel and settled in for a few hours before setting off on the journey of a lifetime for the next 14 days. I feel like there is so much to cover that I am splitting it up into a ton of posts. Because I write this blog as my online scrapbook, I don’t want to miss out on any details.
