Dr. Seuss/National Read Across America Day

Who didn’t love Dr. Seuss growing up?

I am a grown, married woman and I am still glued to the television every Christmas season to catch BOTH versions of How the Grinch Stole Christmas!

Today, March 2 is Dr. Seuss’ (Theodore Geisel) birthday and it is celebrated as National Read Across America Day.read-across-america-logoCat Dr__Seuss_Quote_by_pianoxlove112    dr-seuss  nooutline Places  the_lorax1 thinks

Grab a little buddy and introduce them to the wonders of reading--and especially of Dr. Seuss.

P.S. Mama—if you’re reading this, as soon as there are some little ones around, I’d LOVE to get the whole collection :)

Print out your reading passport here and be sure to visit for more info!
